2. Color: the color of an object comes from light. Most objects in nature do not emit light, such as printed matter, flowers and trees. Their color comes from the reflection or transmission of the colored light of the solar spectrum. The three primary colors of light in nature are red, green and blue. The different combinations of these three colors can form countless kinds of color light; The three primary colors of pigments are cyan, magenta and yellow. Theoretically, all colors in nature can be obtained by mixing these three colors in different proportions
3. Hard scraping and soft scraping: different installation methods of scraper in gravure printing produce different effects in printing. Hard scraping refers to that the scraper is short from the supporting blade, the effect contrast is large, and it is easy to wear the version roller, which will play a role in solving the unclean layout. Soft scraping means that the distance between the scraper and the supporting blade is longer, and the effect is that the tone is gentle and easy to produce fog. transportation and storage of the plate roller:
protective measures should be taken during the transportation of the plate roller, such as a thick layer of corrugated paper on the surface of the plate roller. Collision and bumping are prohibited during transportation
the plate roller should be cleaned first after printing. The residual ink in the plate roller will cause chromium loss and blocking. Then apply a layer of antirust oil evenly on the plate roller, wrap it with soft paper (or waste sample after printing), and put it in a cool and dry place

when the chromium layer on the surface of gravure plate roller encounters corrosive liquids, gases such as acid and alkali, or when it does not become a truly cutting qualified solvent, it will soon be corroded, forming dots on the plate, and will be transferred out on the printing film during printing. This phenomenon is more likely to occur in a humid environment at present, because the water in the air is easy to absorb acidic or alkaline gases, and the air is in contact with the surface of the plate roller at any time. When the chromium layer is just corroded, if the chromium is not removed and re plated as soon as possible, it is likely that the coating layer is nano silver wire dispersion, which corrodes the copper layer in a short time, causing the plate roller to be scrapped and causing unnecessary losses
in order to effectively avoid the above phenomena, our company now provides a method to save the plate roller for reference in use through various studies:
1. After a print is completed, clean the plate roller with solvent
2. Dry the layout with a clean soft cloth and do not leave fingerprints (because the fingerprints contain corrosive ingredients such as sweat)
3. dip a soft cloth in clean low volatile light engine oil, and apply a layer evenly on the surface of the plate roller. Be careful not to use waste engine oil
